Missy is a wonderfull dog she loves to meet new people and other dogs. We have a 1yr old little girl and Missy loves her, they both get along so well. Pitbulls are an outstanding breed, they are playfull and loving no matter the reputation they have.

This is one of my Westies....Pipi along with Chloe who loves dogs!!! Living behind the unofficial dog park in GB at one time and getting to know all the cute dogs and fun people was wonderful. Now that we will have our very own park (& not worry about being ticketed or run off) is absolutely the BEST. I can't wait to get re-aquainted with all the new members! See you at the Dog Park soon!

We adopted 'Majai' from Westside German Shepherd Rescue in Los Angeles. She is a trained Therapy Dog and works out at the SLO Animal Shelter helping children learn obedience, agility, and how to temperment test a dog. She is 2 years old and loves to play with other dogs, which is why we are so excited about the new park.

When we're not running at the beach or the park, we like to nap!

We can't wait for the new park to open! Bear is looking forward to making all kinds of new friends.

Georgia is our 2 year old lab mix who LOVES other dogs and has enjoyed the SLO dog park since she was a pup. We're super excited about the local dog park and can't wait for her to have such a close place to burn off some energy! Hi There..me and my girlfriend have a really cool little dog that loves to play and run really fast. Maddie gets along with all other dogs really well and she especially likes big dogs. We live in Shell Beach and can't wait to bring her to a new place where she can have lots of fun....Cheers!

My husband and I got Jasmine as a companion for me and she ended up being my introduction to a great group of loving and caring poeple who were welcoming of us and, our latest edition, Dodger. We're both so happy that the hard work of everyone involved is finally starting to pay off. Our Flopper (Jasmine) and our Chanchito (Dodger) can't wait to see everyone at our new dog park.

Shelby is a very sweet Keeshound who is really my son's dog (who is away at college now). She is very old but still very healthy and, since our yard is small, I'm really looking forward to a place where she can run around and meet others.

I can't wait for there to be an off leash area for my mutts!!! They love to socialize and leashes make that awkward!!! See you all soon.

We bought our home in 1997 and were lucky enough to retire in 2006 and moved up here full time. In 2003 we had adopted Jessie from the Long Beach Animal Shelter. She was cute, like a 25 lb german shepherd, but wild and unsocialized. We became almost daily attendees at the Long Beach Dog Park and Jessie learned to interact with other dogs without fighting and to enjoy the company of other humans. We are thrilled that there will soon be a neighbor off leash park. Congratulations to all of you who worked so hard.
